Melanie was fabulous to work with and really a Godsend that came into my life at the right time.  I was a 'first-time' buyer with all the questions and trust issues.

We had a townhome we really wanted to divest of. We weren't able to sell up to that point because my wife had purchased at the height of the market. We were landlords, but not by choice. We finally go into a position where we thought we might be able to sell and break even  more or less. 

She was wonderful from start to finish. She knew the area, knew what we needed to do to the place (she even helped pick out paint colors and other ideas that helped out a lot), and knew the price point. 

The townhouse sold quickly, and that's including the curveball Hurricane Irma threw us.

 I  recently just moved to Tampa from Orlando for a new job and was staying with a friend temporary in the Hard Rock Casino area. I was desperate to get out of that area.  At first I met a few agents and I could tell that they are turned off right away because I wasn’t buying a mansion. Then came Melanie and it was like hitting a jackpot meeting her. First I thought she was going to play nice and humor me with the whole search process but this woman actually flipped heaven and earth for me. I knew that it wasn’t going to be easy finding a suitable place with my price range plus most agents that I have met don’t even bother with anything under 100k.  She knew that I could afford more but she respects my comfort range and did not push for anything that wasn’t right for me at all. 

 During the contract period, she was relentless with the negotiation process. We ended up getting an even lower price than the first offer we made. I have no freaking idea how but we did.  

 I don’t plan to stay in this house any longer than 2 years and she’ll definitely be the one looking for my next home.

 Melanie is an extremely talented agent. 

I was hesitant to get into the home buying process because I knew that real estate agents work for commission, but that was NEVER Melanie's priority when helping us find our next home. 

She's well informed of the current market as well as the loan process. She was extremely friendly, very accommodating for our schedule and our needs, and she made sure to keep in contact with us as often as possible. Additionally, she helped us sell our home within 2 days of it being on the market! 

The whole closing process for both homes was done in one day!! 

She'll even offer recommendations for other vendors (air conditioner techs, window replacement, lawn care service, home owner's insurance, etc) for whatever you need. 

She always fought for us to get what we wanted and we LOVED working with her. I'd recommend her to anyone interested in buying, renting, or selling a home.
