As a police wife, the daughter and neice of Army vets,and granddaughter of an Airforce vet, I launched my Heroes Program as a way to say thank you to all of the brave men and women who give so much for such worthy causes. I honor active duty and retired members of the United States Military, Law Enforcement, Fire Service, Emergency Medical Service, Corrections, and support these communities by offering a number of incentives to both buyers and sellers to save on up front expenses.
We also have several Down Payment assistance programs exclusively designed for this community. There are grants available up to $35,000 to be used towards BOTH closing costs and down payment.
